1. The service
EstateGlow provides AI-assisted property photo selection, enhancement, review, and delivery. AI outputs can contain mistakes. You must review every image before advertising or publishing a property.
2. Your uploads
You confirm that you have permission to upload and process each image, including permission from the property owner and any identifiable person where required. Do not upload unlawful, confidential, infringing, or unsafe content.
3. Truthful property marketing
EstateGlow is intended to improve presentation without misleading buyers or tenants about permanent fixtures, dimensions, condition, views, layout, or material defects. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of every listing.
4. Trials, credits, and plans
A free trial covers one property with up to 11 photos. A paid property credit covers one property with up to 45 photos. Credits and subscriptions may not be shared across unrelated properties to avoid payment. Subscription allowances reset according to the plan shown at checkout.
5. Payments and cancellation
Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through the billing portal. Nothing in these terms limits cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep processing available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free generation. To the extent permitted by law, EstateGlow is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by publishing an output without review. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
