Information we use

We process account details, billing records, property photos, project settings, generation feedback, support diagnostics, and basic service activity needed to operate EstateGlow.

Why we use it

We use information to provide the contracted service, secure accounts, process payments, improve reliability with appropriate safeguards, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it.

Service providers

We use specialist hosting, authentication, storage, payment, email, and AI-processing providers. This currently includes Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Google sign-in, and our configured image-generation provider. Providers may process information outside the UK under appropriate transfer safeguards.

Property photos

Only upload photos you are authorised to process. Avoid images containing people, private documents, security codes, family photographs, vehicle plates, or other unnecessary personal information. Photos are retained while needed for the project and account, then deleted according to our operational retention process.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage for authentication, workspace continuity, preferences, and security. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies should only be enabled with the required consent.
